- Where are you located? -
Our business is based in New Jersey.

- How long until my order ships? -
Orders typically ship the next business day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order over the weekend, it will ship on Monday.

- Can I change my order? -
To request a change, email Mikeysgummygrab@gmail.com promptly. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to modify it. Once shipped, changes are not possible.

- Can I return my order? -
We don’t accept returns on candy, and all sales are final.

- Can I cancel my order? -
To cancel an order, email Mikeysgummygrab@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped, it can be canceled. Once shipped, the sale is final.

- How long does shipping take? -
Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

- When will I receive tracking? -
You'll receive an email with your tracking number automatically once your order has been shipped.

- My order says delivered but it’s not here? -
Once shipped, we no longer have control over the package. If tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received it, please verify the address and contact USPS for further assistance.

- Why is a candy missing that I selected? -
If a candy is out of stock after your order is placed, we’ll double another selected candy in your order. If multiple items are out of stock, we'll contact you via email for replacements.
